What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of awareness during which the mind becomes more receptive to suggestions. It is brought about by an overload mechanism all humans have. Hypnotherapists are trained to gently induce this state and use positive suggestions and imagery to create the desired change in the subconscious mind.
What is hypnosis not?

It is a powerful and helpful tool for aligning the subconscious and conscious and positively affecting belief systems, but it is not a replacement for medical help. Please call for a free consultation to see if your issue is within scope.
Can you make me do something I do not want to do with hypnosis?
No, absolutely not. Hypnosis can not make anyone do anything which violates their personal morals or ethics. Contrary to popular belief, people under hypnosis gain greater control over themselves, not less. We will work together to build a strategy you are completely comfortable with. Hypnosis can not make you divulge secrets or act against your own interests, it is impossible.
Can I be hypnotized?
Most humans experience hypnosis every day without realizing it. It is a natural state activated by overload. People require different methods of hypnosis due to different forms of suggestibility. In our first session, I will test your suggestibility to ascertain what the best approach for you will be. All humans have a sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, therefore all humans can be hypnotized.
